| Authority This meeting shall be a Multi-Club Hillclimb, conducted under the International Sporting Code of the F.I.A., the NCR's of CAMS Limited (CAMS), speed events standing regulations and these Supplementary Regulations. |

| Cams Permit The Meeting shall be conducted under a Cams Permit |

| Eligibility To Compete Financial members of any CAMS affiliated club are eligible to enter. CAMS Basic or Level 2 Licence or superior and Club Membership card must be presented or purchased prior to scrutiny. |
||
| Entries Should be posted to the competition Secretary at 14 Reid street Maffra, 3860 Entries close on the Day Entry fee via mail is $30, On the day is $40 Junior entry fee via mail is $15, On the day is $20 ALL entries to be lodged with a completed entry form THE FIELD WILL BE RESTRICTED TO THE FIRST 100 ENTRIES |

| Scrutineering Shall be conducted at the track at 1pm |
||
| Practice One practise run per driver will be permitted at a time designated by the clerk of course. This will only occur following confirmation of driver/s entry and scrutineering of the competing vehicle |
||
| Drivers Briefing Begins at 2:45pm and MUST be attended by all drivers. |
||
| Starting Order The starting order will be in numerical order although not necessarily starting from zero. The starting point will be selected at the discretion of the competition secretary. |
||
| Start Timed runs begin at 3pm and continue until 9:30pm. Competitors will be allowed as many runs as possible. |
||
| Timing The event will be electronically timed, and the fastest time will determine class winners. Timing will be to the hundredth of a second |

| Driver Requirements Drivers must wear a helmet to a standard listed in the CAMS Manual of Motor Sport (schedule D) and deemed by the scrutineers of the event to be in a suitable condition for use in motor sport, full length non-flammable clothing, suitable footwear & properly fastened seat-belts. |

| Personal Accident All entrants and drivers will be covered by CAMS personal accident insurance during the event. |
||
| Vehicle Requirements A fire extinguisher complying with schedule H mounted in a suitable location. Halon extinguishers are now illegal. Entrants attention is also drawn to section 6 (schedules A and B) in the 1999 CAMS manual, to which all vehicles must comply |
||
| Tyres Rally types are allowed but, if fitted, effective mud flaps must be mounted on the vehicle. |
||
| Fuel NO fuel will be available at the track |
||
| Alcohol The consumption of alcohol by entrants is FORBIDDEN. Any entrant drinking or under the influence of alcohol will be excluded from the event and may be subject to further action by the stewards |

| Abandonment & Postponement The organisers reserve the right to postpone, abandon or cancel the meeting in accordance with NCR 59 |
||
| Protests Protests must be lodged in accordance with Part XII of the NCR's |

| Results Results will be determined by the faster individual time for each competitor. |
||
| Trophies All class winners will receive trophies at the presentation night and will be notified in writing. |
||
| Trailer Parking Trailers must not be parked in the Pits or spectator areas. They must be parked in the Trailer Park opposite the Pits near the finish line or in the other areas at the direction officials. |
||
| Pit Conduct Cars not competing (ie. support vehicles) must not be parked in the Pits. All competing cars are to keep to a 10km/h speed limit applies to ALL access roads to and around the Pit area. Failure to do so could result in exclusion from the event. |
