With a background in Aged Care, Daniel brings invaluable expertise to the table. He understands the challenges and triumphs that come with this role, particularly through his personal lived experience of caring for loved ones with a disability. Outside of his work, Daniel has a diverse range of interests. He's a passionate supporter of the Collingwood Magpies and follows the AFL with enthusiasm. Daniel also has a need for speed. He's an avid motorsports fan and even rides motorbikes himself. Music is another one of his great passions, and he enjoys going to the concerts of his favorite bands. The Offspring concert going down as one of his favourites so far. With Daniel, you are in capable, caring hands.

Julie is always up for a good time - she loves joking around and cracking jokes. But most importantly, she's reliable and always brings high energy to any situation.

Pat [or Wonder Woman as she is affectionately nick-named], gives off nurturing, but firm grandma vibes. She’s tough as nails with a heart of gold. Pat enjoys travelling in her caravan, cooking and sewing – mainly quilting and applique. Pat has many years experience in Aged Care and Disability Support and continues to be a dedicated, caring person to everyone she works with. Pat takes initiative while encouraging independence when working with her participants to promote positive changes. She has an infectious laugh and an easy-going attitude to life.

Fiona

Disability Support Worker

Fiona’s genuine care for the people that she works with is what makes her such an invaluable member of the OTP team. She delights in bringing joy to others and this is what motivates her to go the extra mile. Fiona is kind-hearted, very caring, fun, a great conversationalist and is always coming up with new ideas to make her participants happy. As a mother of 3, she is patient and calm, but also has a good hearty sense of humour. Fiona has fast become a crowd-favourite and in hot demand!

Lisa

Disability Support Worker

Lisa is a friendly, down-to-earth and non-judgemental mother of three. She is an animal lover and is passionate about gardening and garden design. For many years Lisa has informally cared for family members, and enjoys using those skills she has developed over decades in her support worker role. Lisa is instantly likeable, and is well suited to those who need care and understanding. Hard-working and humble, she is happiest when helping others or strolling the Murray River with her old Lab by her side

Josh

Disability Support Worker

Josh is a vibrant and energetic support worker with a love for all things sporty and active. His favorite color is purple, and he's a big fan of footy and cricket, often spending time outdoors whenever he can. Josh is also a bit of a pop-culture enthusiast, with a love for Pokémon and Power Rangers, bringing a fun and playful energy to his role. Lee, or 'Lethal' as he is affectionately nicknamed, has a background in taxi driving and experience in Disability Support and Aged Care. Lee is Uncle to 9 nephews and 8 nieces, whom he dearly loves and misses due to the family being spread over the country. Lee's friendly and fun-loving personality is infectious, and he has an uncanny ability to build strong relationships with clients from all walks of life. He's always up for a laugh and is masterful at focussing on the positives in life.

Aimee’s organisational skills are exceptional, particularly in maintaining records, appointment scheduling, and progress monitoring. She is also enrolled in a Bachelor of Nursing at La Trobe University, beginning in March 2025, further demonstrating her commitment to caring for others and developing her skills. Daniel operates the transport arm of OTP, which specialises in short transport requirements for participants accessing the community. Transport work is half hour minimum shift times. Daniel has previous experience as a taxi driver.

As a school teacher, Dion is not only highly knowledgeable but also incredibly patient and understanding, making him an excellent mentor for those he supports.
