At One True Pairing, we understand the importance of providing an enjoyable supportive environment for our participants during the school holidays. Our program ensures small group sizes, with no more than three participants per support worker, guaranteeing personalised attention.

Our Process

We have a tried and trusted process for participants coming onboard with OTP. We place great importance on carefully matching support workers with participants to ensure optimal comfort and compatibility. Here's how we do it.

One-on-one consultation to meet the participant and learn about them.

1. Meet the Participant

We keep an eye on the participants and who they're paired with for the duration of the service, making continuous improvements along the way.

4. Monitor and Evaluate

Assist each participant to match with the perfect support worker.

3. Pair with the Right Support Worker

Develop an 'all about me' profile of the participants that serves as a teaching tool for potential support.
