He’s at his happiest when he's out and about enjoying footy, fishing, camping, and riding dirt bikes. Disability Support Worker

Julie is a hardworking mother of four. Two boys and two girls. In her spare time, she runs a catering business that specialises in Italian cuisine. She learned how to cook from her Nonna, who passed down their recipes with love. Julie has four years previous experience working in Aged Care, where she helped participants with cooking, social outings, running errands and home care. Julie is always up for a good time - she loves joking around and cracking jokes. But most importantly, she's reliable and always brings high energy to any situation.

Esta

Disability Support Worker

Esta is a dedicated and compassionate support worker with a background in education, having previously worked as a teacher’s aide at Mildura South Primary School. She is passionate about assisting individuals with their unique needs and creating a positive and supportive environment. Music plays a big role in Esta’s life—she enjoys listening to all genres at any time of the day. She also has a love for cooking and baking, finding joy in creating delicious meals for friends and family. In her free time, she enjoys watching movies and reading. Staying active is important to Esta, and she maintains her fitness through Pilates and the gym. She also loves spending time outdoors, whether taking walks alone or with company, soaking up the sun, or going camping and fishing with her family. With her warm nature and enthusiasm, Esta is committed to providing the best possible support to those she works with, ensuring they feel empowered and valued.

Daniel G

Disability Support Worker

With a background in Aged Care, Daniel brings invaluable expertise to the table. He understands the challenges and triumphs that come with this role, particularly through his personal lived experience of caring for loved ones with a disability. Outside of his work, Daniel has a diverse range of interests. He's a passionate supporter of the Collingwood Magpies and follows the AFL with enthusiasm. Daniel also has a need for speed. He's an avid motorsports fan and even rides motorbikes himself. Music is another one of his great passions, and he enjoys going to the concerts of his favorite bands. The Offspring concert going down as one of his favourites so far. With Daniel, you are in capable, caring hands.

Pat [or Wonder Woman as she is affectionately nick-named], gives off nurturing, but firm grandma vibes. She’s tough as nails with a heart of gold. Pat enjoys travelling in her caravan, cooking and sewing – mainly quilting and applique. Pat has many years experience in Aged Care and Disability Support and continues to be a dedicated, caring person to everyone she works with. Pat takes initiative while encouraging independence when working with her participants to promote positive changes. She has an infectious laugh and an easy-going attitude to life.

Fiona

Disability Support Worker

Fiona’s genuine care for the people that she works with is what makes her such an invaluable member of the OTP team. She delights in bringing joy to others and this is what motivates her to go the extra mile. Fiona is kind-hearted, very caring, fun, a great conversationalist and is always coming up with new ideas to make her participants happy. As a mother of 3, she is patient and calm, but also has a good hearty sense of humour. Fiona has fast become a crowd-favourite and in hot demand!

Lisa

Disability Support Worker

Lisa is a friendly, down-to-earth and non-judgemental mother of three. She is an animal lover and is passionate about gardening and garden design. For many years Lisa has informally cared for family members, and enjoys using those skills she has developed over decades in her support worker role. Lisa is instantly likeable, and is well suited to those who need care and understanding. Hard-working and humble, she is happiest when helping others or strolling the Murray River with her old Lab by her side

Terryn

Disability Support Worker

Terryn is a hardworking, dependable, and passionate support worker known for her strong organizational skills and willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
