Office Manager

With a comprehensive background in Human Resources and Work Health & Safety, I bring a strategic, detail-oriented approach to every aspect of workforce management and organizational safety. With my skills in HR , I oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding, compliance, performance management, training, and the development of policies and procedures. My expertise ensures that organisations not only meet regulatory requirements but also foster an environment of continuous improvement and employee engagement.

As a dedicated Work Health & Safety Officer, I focus on risk management and incident management, proactively identifying potential hazards and implementing effective mitigation strategies. My keen ability to navigate complex safety regulations, coupled with my passion for creating safe, healthy workplaces, enables me to support both organisational goals and employee well-being.


In addition to my HR and WHS responsibilities, I am managing service agreements and maintaining seamless office organisation, ensuring smooth operational flow across all departments. I thrive in dynamic environments and am constantly vigilant in identifying areas of risk and implementing solutions to enhance safety standards and operational efficiency.

Clare's work hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
