Ashwood House Manager

I’m Gabby, and I’m proud to be the Ashwood House Manager at OTP—my dream job! Every day, it’s pure joy arriving to make sure Ashwood House runs like a well-oiled machine, welcoming our clients into a space that’s both warm and inspiring. My goal is for every client who steps in to think, “Wow, this place is awesome!” I put my heart into creating an environment that leaves a positive impression from the moment they walk in.

Before taking on this role, I spent time working in the OTP office, which helped me understand the flow of our business and gave me insights to manage Ashwood House as effectively as possible. My experience before OTP was in a primary school, where I loved setting up an engaging and encouraging environment for students. I bring that same passion to Ashwood House, making it a space where people feel welcome and supported.

Outside of work, my life is all about family—they’re my joy and inspiration. We’re an active crew, always up for soccer, swimming, footy, motorbike riding, netball, hiking, skiing, camping, and weekend getaways. Helping my kids reach their potential is so rewarding, and I think it naturally extends to my work, where I get to help our clients reach their own goals. For me, life is for living, and I bring that energy to everything I do!
